When you hire CAMM to build your dream project, we go one step further with our custom design service. You will be able to create your “turnkey” in a single shell or your “modular cottage” from two or more shells.
We also offer a conceptualization and service offer production service to assist you in your search for financing. The service includes the production of documents including a detailed description of your project, interior design plans, 3D sketches of the building, a cost summary, etc. We will accompany you in the elaboration of your project and our basic fees will be credited to you at 100% at the signature of the contract.
DIMENSIONS
Our shells have been designed to be easily transported. For this reason, we are obliged to respect certain pre-established sizes. Please refer to the table and diagram opposite for the dimensions available in turnkey and modular cottage formats.

TURNKEY
Design a micro-house from a single shell of one of the sizes listed above. Determine the furniture and partitions to be included, and their layout.
Shell sizing
We start by creating a model of your project by selecting the dimensions of your shell according to the table on the previous page.
Doors & windows
We choose the type and size of your windows and doors, then we position them on our model according to your preferences.
Interior partitions
If required, we add interior partitions for a bedroom, bathroom, office or other.
Layout
Determine the colors of your interior and exterior siding, your window frames, your roof sheet, your door and the interior floor.
Finish

Construction
We go from the drawing board to the realization. You will be kept informed of the progress of the work periodically until the project is completed.
Delivery
Your project is delivered to the location of your choice.
MODULAR COTTAGE
Like a factory-built cottage, assemble two shells of the same size to create a larger home, with partitions but no furniture.

Assembly and roof pitch
We determine the assembly of the different shells and depending on the case, the type of slope between a single-pitch roof and a gable roof.

We choose the type and size of your windows and doors, then we position them on our model according to your preferences.
